We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an order is returned to us because the customer did not pick up the package, provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refused delivery, or the package was otherwise undeliverable, no refund will be issued.
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned-to-sender packages will only be reshipped after the package has been received by us, inspected, and after the customer has paid the new shipping fee.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, personal care goods, and gift cards.
All discounted items, sale items, clearance items, promotional items, and items purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, promotional items, clearance items, items purchased with a discount code, or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
